What do I have to do before we talk?
Fill in the workbook. It is long on purpose and honest or it is decorative - the parts you have been avoiding are usually the parts worth the money. The Good Chaos Audit Kit walks you through it step by step inside the app and does the arithmetic with you.
Is this just a plan you give everybody?
No. That is the thing I am trying to stop doing to people. This is not the plan that makes the most money on paper - it is the one most likely to give you the money you want and the alignment you need.
What is Unicorn, and why is it in here?
Unicorn is full access to the app - every kit, every tool, the library, the coach. A plan with nowhere to live is a document. The year is included so the work has somewhere to go the day after the call.
